Decisa™: Contract Compliance software, our flagship product, is a contract portfolio management and analysis tool. The output of our technology applied to a specific customer requirement, Decisa shows how powerful the products created by our design philosophy can be. Since late December of 2002, Decisa has offered our clients a solution for reducing the risks hidden in their contract files.
Our Founder, Shannon Clark, is very active in a wide range of organizations. He has recently founded MeshForum a conference on Networks which took place May 1-4, 2005 in Chicago.
